Insurance and liability

The organisers cannot be held responsible for the interruption or cancellation of the congress due to external events of a political, social, economic or public health nature or other events beyond their control (force majeure).
In the event of cancellation, the congress cancellation conditions will apply.
Registration for the congress implies full acceptance of its cancellation conditions. Participants are advised to obtain adequate travel insurance cover (health, accident, repatriation, cancellation) before leaving.
The organisers accept no responsibility for accidents caused by or to participants or accompanying persons during or following the congress, or during any of the events organised around the congress.


Request an official letter of invitation


If you need a letter of invitation to support your visa application to attend the congress, please request one when you register online (please bring your passport number with you). An official letter of invitation will be sent to you by email once your congress registration has been finalised and paid for.
