Time Management
- Speaking time: The allocated time for each presentation is 20 minutes
- Flexibility: Depending on the number of presentations, you may adjust the time allotted to each presenter or allocate more time for discussion (either at the end of each presentation or at the end of the session).
- Session times must be strictly respected in order to allow participants to attend plenary conferences and breaks (coffee breaks and lunches). Pay special attention if your symposium is composed of different slots (with break(s) in between)
Equipment and Organization

- Organizer’s responsibility: As the session organizer, you will be responsible for collecting all presentations from speakers in advance, reviewing them, and centralizing them on your personal computer. This computer must be brought to the conference room assigned to you.
- Slide limitation: Presentations should not exceed 20 slides per presentation (1 minute per slide).
- Practical details : We will provide information about the room name / location and technical details at a later date.
Presentation Format
- Presentation format: Please note that all presentations are planned exclusively in-person. There are no provisions for videoconferencing or pre-recorded video presentations.
- Presentation language: Presenters are free to present in English, Spanish, Portuguese, or French. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
